Knowledge management and innovation are passed down through generations.
Professor Li Rongbin, former director of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Center at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, global MIKE initiator.
The most innovative knowledge-based organization award MIKE has its roots in the MAKE award, which has been the most respected knowledge-based organization award since 1998. It has been held for five years, with participating countries and regions including Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. The purpose of this award is to discover 100 organizations worldwide that have made contributions in knowledge and innovation management for benchmarking and mutual exchange.

Excellence in knowledge management builds organizational innovation.
Vincent, host of global MIKE and director of the Southeast Asia Knowledge and Innovation Research Institute at Bangkok University.
We are very pleased to see that China has successfully held multiple MIKE selections consecutively. Many Chinese organizations have been honored with this prestigious award. The MIKE award allows participating organizations to gain professional recognition for their innovative achievements in knowledge management and innovation management. On the other hand, it has a complete evaluation standard system that can help organizations benchmark and learn.

Digital knowledge management enhances organizational competitiveness.
Chen Jin, director of the Technology Innovation Research Center at Tsinghua University and professor at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.
Effective knowledge management, utilizing big data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to enhance knowledge management capabilities, can significantly improve corporate vitality and cohesion, strengthen the core capabilities of Chinese enterprises, and bravely move towards world-class enterprises through knowledge management platforms.

Innovation management builds organizational knowledge resilience.
Xu Xia, initiator of China MIKE and president of Lanling Software.
The original intention of China MIKE is to build a platform for knowledge management and innovation management, allowing the wisdom of knowledge management from excellent enterprises to collide with each other, sharing knowledge management practices and leading Chinese enterprises to benchmark internationally. It is particularly important to forge organizational "knowledge resilience" through precise and rational knowledge certainty to cope with the uncertainty of external environmental changes, enhancing the organization's innovation capabilities. China MIKE has successfully held 12 sessions, continuously discovering nearly a hundred excellent knowledge management organizations. We look forward to more enterprises joining MIKE.

The innovation curve of knowledge management.
Huang Deyi, expert representative of China MIKE and executive vice president of Lanling Research Institute.
In the intertwined era of VUCA and BANI, corporate knowledge management is showing new changes, with "reducing personnel dependence," "from standardization to automation," and "multiple skills focusing on innovation" becoming the main management demands of organizations.
The three major innovation curves of digital knowledge management include "human-centered knowledge management driving empowerment and innovation," "data-rooted digital knowledge creation and consumption," and "text-based knowledge digitization and service." The development of knowledge management in China will ultimately trend towards "three lines in one," from document electronic management to knowledge asset manifestation to knowledge service, ultimately moving towards the self-innovation stage of knowledge, realizing knowledge insight and precise scenario empowerment based on "big knowledge."

Knowledge management helps build innovative first-class enterprises.
Chen Liangzhi, executive general manager of the Science and Technology Department at China Communications Construction Company.
China Communications Construction Company adheres to the work policy of "comprehensive planning and pilot breakthroughs," comprehensively using systems, incentives, technology, and management means to formulate overall planning schemes, focusing on improving existing scenarios, perfecting management systems and operational promotion, selecting pilot projects to prioritize the design of knowledge scenarios, and considering integrating knowledge management into portal planning, effectively improving knowledge utilization efficiency, enhancing knowledge management capabilities, fully demonstrating exemplary roles, continuously stimulating corporate knowledge vitality and endogenous motivation, striving to become a leading domestic and internationally first-class brand in the surveying and design industry and a research-oriented design institute.

Business-driven knowledge management and operations.
Xia Xinmiao, organizational learning architect at ZTE.
How does knowledge management create value? From the perspective of organizational learning, knowledge management is based on constructivist learning, as well as informal and social learning; knowledge production, dissemination, application, and value addition are realized through the learning process, and knowledge value addition must start from creating connections. Business-driven knowledge management and value creation have four major strategies: based on business processes, four management strategies, operations greater than management, and building a supportive environment. Taking ZTE's wired product operation department as an example, knowledge innovation is integrated into every link of R&D, and is integrated with R&D work scenarios and workflows, promoting connections between people, between people and knowledge, and between knowledge and knowledge, facilitating the flow, diffusion, and fission of knowledge, creating an open innovation ecosystem through internal and external connections, and building a knowledge-based innovative organization and a sustainable innovation system.
