National attention! The results of the 2022 China MIKE Awards have been announced.

SelfSince the official launch of the 12th China MIKE (Most Innovative Knowledge Organization) Award in May 2022, a number of outstanding enterprises from various industries have actively participated in the award application. After preliminary screening and the first round of expert review, the shortlisted enterprises entered the final competition in August this year.
On August 31, the final review meeting of the China MIKE Award was held! A jury composed of scholars from universities and knowledge management experts from various industries connected online and offline to listen to the wonderful reports from the shortlisted enterprises. After scoring by the jury on-site and comprehensive statistics by the MIKE organizing committee, the 2022 China MIKE Award list was released!

At the beginning of the review meeting, Chen Jin, Director of the Technology Innovation Research Center of Tsinghua University and Professor at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, and Xu Xia, President of Lanling Software, delivered speeches as representatives of the organizers.

Professor Chen Jin pointed out that effective knowledge management, utilizing technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to enhance knowledge management, can significantly improve the vitality and cohesion of enterprises, enhance the core capabilities of Chinese enterprises, and bravely move towards world-class enterprises with the help of knowledge management platforms.

Xu Xia stated that for more than a decade, we have discovered nearly100 excellent organizations in knowledge management and innovation management, including COFCO, China Merchants Securities, Sinopec, China Life, State Grid Dadu River, and Huaxia Fund, among others, which have won the global MIKE Award. They have set benchmarks for knowledge management and innovation management construction for enterprises in various industries, providing models for reference and learning.
We hope that more and more innovative knowledge organizations will emerge in China to jointly promote the development and progress of knowledge management and innovation management in China.
During the on-site and online reporting and defense session, organizations from various industries such as information and communications, law firms, aerospace, education, energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing actively shared their practices and achievements in innovation management and knowledge management.
The expert jury based onthe eight new standards and innovation performance indicators for continuous innovation of MIKE Award knowledge organizations conducted professional, fair, and rigorous evaluations of the reports from the shortlisted enterprises, and also provided professional suggestions and opinions on the construction of knowledge management and innovation management in the shortlisted enterprises.
In the end, after fierce competition, the Wired Product Business Unit of ZTE Corporation, Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd., and the Fourth Navigation Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. won the2022 China MIKE Excellence Award and will be recommended to compete for the global MIKE Award.
