First Round: Online Review Criteria

5-8 experts will be selected from the MIKE expert database to review and score the application materials submitted by the participating organizations. Organizations with an average score of ≥70 can advance to the second round.

Part A (80% weight) - Sustainability Factors

(Participating organizations need to write materials corresponding to each standard detail)

 A1 Empowering knowledge workers with innovation capabilities

A5 Cultivating an organizational culture of innovation

A2 Strategic vision and transformational leadership

A6 Investing in and providing knowledge-based products/services/solutions

A3 Creating customer and user expectations/needs/experiences

A7 Implementing knowledge practices and systems for knowledge creation

A4 Developing open internal and external collaborative networks

A8 Utilizing creativity and virtual spaces to create stakeholder value

Part B (20% weight) - Innovation Performance

(Participating organizations do not need to cover all aspects and can choose some dimensions for measurement)

B1 Developing new products/new services/new business models

B5 Customer/client satisfaction

B2 Market share/new product sales

B6 Awards/honors, etc.

B3 Patents/licenses/loyalty

B7 Patents/publications/new ideas, etc.

B4 Revenue/turnover

 

Second Round: On-site Final Review Criteria

7-10 experts will be selected from the MIKE expert database to conduct on-site reviews of the organizations that have advanced to the second round. The shortlisted organizations will send representatives to respond according to the final review criteria, and experts will conduct a Q&A session. Experts will score based on the overall performance during the defense and provide optimization and improvement suggestions.

Organizational innovation system construction and capability building

Such as organizational innovation strategy, innovation mechanisms, innovation measures, etc., highlighting the effective integration of knowledge management and innovation management, and specific practices of technological innovation creating new productive forces.

Digital intelligence knowledge management and innovation practices

Digital systems supporting knowledge management and innovation construction, such asAI large models, knowledge bases, knowledge graphs, big data, intelligent agents, etc., with video demonstrations of system construction effects.

Other valuable sharing content from shortlisted organizations

Such as success factors, unique practices, industry innovations, etc.

Participation Requirements

Must meet the following three types of conditions:

① Legal enterprises or organizations in mainland China

② Have certain practical experience and innovation achievements in the fields of knowledge management and innovation management

③ Can provide application materials that meet the requirements based on MIKE standards

*Currently not open to service providers related to consulting, systems, etc. in the fields of knowledge management and innovation management.
