Currently a member of the National Technical Committee for Knowledge Management Standards and an editorial board member of the Journal of Knowledge Management; previously served as a member of the Ministry of Education’s Teaching Steering Committee for Economics Programs, Director and Chief Expert of the Beijing Base for Knowledge Management Research, Leader of the Beijing Knowledge Management Research Innovation Team, Vice President of the Chinese Society for Quantitative Economics, and an editorial board member of Management World and Quantitative Economic and Technological Economic Research. He is also an Outstanding Scholar in Chinese Quantitative Economics and the founder of the Innovation and Knowledge Management Alliance (IKMA). He has been awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

Distinguished Professor specially appointed by the Ministry of Education as a national-level talent. Vice President of the Chinese Archives Society and Member of the Expert Committee for the Chinese Archival Documentary Heritage Project. Editor-in-Chief of the academic journal “Archival Science Newsletter.” Recipient of numerous honors, including the “Ministry of Education New Century Outstanding Talent” award, the “Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award,” the “Beijing Municipal Teaching Master Award,” the “Beijing Municipal Model Individual in Teachers’ Ethics,” and the “2007 China Knowledge Management Figure” award. Pioneered the theoretical model and practical framework for archival knowledge management, starting with the explicit knowledge embedded in archives to promote the implementation of knowledge management within enterprises; has been engaged in teaching and research on knowledge management for 25 years, being among the earliest to offer a “Knowledge Management” course at the university level, and has mentored dozens of master’s and doctoral students in related fields.

Wu Xiaobo

Director of the National Institute for Innovation Management and Chinese Co-Director of the Zhejiang University–University of Cambridge Joint Research Center for Globalization in Manufacturing and Innovation Management. In the fields of innovation and knowledge management, he has developed the internationally influential “Secondary Innovation” management theory framework and conducted systematic research on the pathways through which latecomer firms achieve technological catch-up and even surpassing via organizational learning. He spearheaded the construction of an innovation management theoretical framework that shifts the focus from “catch-up” to “surpassing catch-up,” thereby making foundational contributions to the systematic development of a uniquely Chinese approach to innovation management. He also led the compilation of the Handbook of China’s Technology and Innovation Management, which has promoted the establishment and dissemination of an independent Chinese knowledge system in the field of innovation management.

Leveraging the knowledge-innovation environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, this initiative seeks to advance both theoretical research and practical innovation in knowledge management through the journal “Knowledge Management Forum,” with the aim of developing an independent knowledge system for knowledge management that is uniquely Chinese in character and thereby enhancing the academic value and scholarly contributions of the field. It also endeavors to actively cultivate doctoral students specializing in knowledge management, and, within the framework of the first-level discipline of Information Resource Management, to promote “knowledge management, knowledge organization, knowledge services, and knowledge innovation” as core competencies of the discipline, thus strengthening the influence and societal impact of knowledge management across the discipline and in various sectors of society.

Engaged in knowledge management teaching and research for a long time, serving as the chief expert of major national social science projects. He has led and completed national-level research projects such as "Research on the National Knowledge Resource Strategy of an Innovative Country" and has published works including "Knowledge Management" (2007), "Research on Knowledge Studies" (2017), and "Knowledge Management for Public Safety Emergency" (2021). He has received the second prize for outstanding works in humanities and social sciences from the Ministry of Education and is included in the National Philosophy and Social Science Achievements Library. He has been recognized as a distinguished teacher at Nankai University and in Tianjin.

Former Director of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Center at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chair Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Distinguished Professor at Guangdong University of Technology, PhD supervisor, leader of the "Innovation Team" in Guangdong Province, and obtained a PhD from the University of Hong Kong. Director of the Partner Laboratory of the National Key Laboratory of Ultra-Precision Machining Technology, former President of the Asian Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology Association, and editor or editorial board member of several internationally renowned journals.

Outstanding Youth Science Fund recipient in Zhejiang Province, special urgently needed talent of the Qianjiang Talent Program, member of the Intelligent Creativity and Digital Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. Main research areas include natural language processing, knowledge computing, cross-media analysis, and distributed graph computing in artificial intelligence. Has published nearly a hundred papers in top international conferences and journals in related fields, has long served as a program committee member for several top international conferences, and has received multiple provincial and ministerial awards, including the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of the China Electronics Association Progress Award.

Zhang Chenghong

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Information Management and Business Intelligence at Fudan University School of Management.

The main research directions include AI algorithm governance, knowledge management, enterprise digital management, and business intelligence. I have been responsible for completing four national natural science foundation projects related to knowledge management. I have published over 70 academic papers in important domestic and international academic journals. I have received the second prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award twice, and the third prize of the Shanghai Decision-Making Consulting Research Achievement Award once; I have also received the first prize of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award and the special prize of the Fudan University Teaching Achievement Award.
