The highest honor in the field of international knowledge management, known as the "Oscar" of knowledge management"
The MIKE Award, formerly known as the MAKE Award (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise, the most respected knowledge-based organization), originated in 1998 and was jointly initiated by Teleos and KNOW Network. Every year, the most respected knowledge-based organizations are selected according to the three levels of national, intercontinental and global. The winners often include Accenture, Google, Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, Microsoft, Samsung, China Merchants Securities, COFCO and other well-known companies.
Since 2018, Tsinghua University Technology Innovation Research Center, Hong Kong Polytechnic University Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Center, Shenzhen Lanling Software Co., Ltd. and other institutions have jointly initiated the upgrading of the MAKE Award to the MIKE (Most Innovative Knowledge-based Organization) Award, and at the same time launched the China MIKE Award selection. The China MIKE Award has continuously unearthed nearly 100 excellent knowledge management and innovation management organizations, some of which have rushed out of the country and won the global MIKE Award, including China Railway Equipment, Yili Group, Fodi Battery, Central Control Technology, Sinopec, Huaxia Fund, An Yong Hua Ming, Tencent Game Academy, China Telecom Research Institute, China Communications Fourth Aviation Institute, ZTE Cable Products Management Department, etc.
