He has received the second prize for outstanding works in humanities and social sciences from the Ministry of Education and is included in the National Philosophy and Social Science Achievements Library. He has been recognized as a distinguished teacher at Nankai University and in Tianjin.

Director of the Partner Laboratory of the National Key Laboratory of Ultra-Precision Machining Technology, former President of the Asian Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology Association, and editor or editorial board member of several internationally renowned journals.

The main research directions include AI algorithm governance, knowledge management, enterprise digital management, and business intelligence. I have been responsible for completing four national natural science foundation projects related to knowledge management. I have published over 70 academic papers in important domestic and international academic journals. I have received the second prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award twice, and the third prize of the Shanghai Decision-Making Consulting Research Achievement Award once; I have also received the first prize of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award and the special prize of the Fudan University Teaching Achievement Award.

Provided consulting services to various government departments and private institutions in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Brunei.
