The impact of ChatGPT on knowledge management
Chen Jin, Director of the Technology Innovation Research Center at Tsinghua University and Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, gave a keynote speech on "MIKE Value Sharing and the Impact of ChatGPT on Knowledge Management."
He stated that a significant benefit of ChatGPT is its ability to find broader and more effective sources of knowledge for humans through artificial reinforcement learning, which can greatly empower the efficiency of knowledge management; it can also break through the limitations of human thinking to find better sources of knowledge, contributing to preliminary knowledge originality. However, as it is still a primary product, there are many areas for improvement in deep knowledge mining and precise knowledge expression. We also see that future semantic analysis and automatic knowledge generation is a new direction.
Knowledge management helps build innovative first-class enterprises
Chen Liangzhi, Executive General Manager of the Science and Technology Department of China Communications Fourth Navigation Institute and Director of the Engineering Digital Technology Research Center, shared the innovative practice experience of knowledge management at the Fourth Navigation Institute.

Trends in knowledge-based innovation and interpretation of MIKE standards
Huang Deyi, Executive Vice President of the Lanling Research Institute and expert representative of China MIKE, provided a detailed interpretation of the latest standards for 2023 China MIKE. He stated that in the knowledge economy and digital age, the competitive advantage of enterprises increasingly depends on intellectual capital. In the knowledge economy and digital age, intellectual capital and its three components—human capital, relational capital, and structural capital—can be summarized in one word: knowledge. Using the certainty of organizational exponential learning speed and the stability of knowledge creation to hedge against environmental uncertainty is the only way for all those committed to great and enduring enterprises in this era.
The China MIKE Award is measured according to the standards of the global MIKE Award, mainly including Part A - Sustainability Factors and Part B - Innovation Performance. Part A mainly includes 8 core standards such as "empowering knowledge workers with innovation capabilities" and "strategic vision and transformational leadership," primarily examining organizations from the perspectives of human capital, relational capital, and structural capital; Part B focuses on how organizations leverage intellectual capital to drive better innovation performance.
