2022 China MIKE Award registration is in full swing!
For this MIKE Award, we have invited a panel of experts composed of scholars from prestigious universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, Sun Yat-sen University, and other knowledge management experts to provide strong support!

①Introduction to MIKE
The MIKE Award originated from the MAKE Award, which started in 1998. In 2011, the MAKE Award was introduced to China and has successfully held seven sessions to date.
Since 2018, the Tsinghua University Technology Innovation Research Center, Hong Kong Polytechnic University Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Center, and Lanling Software, among others, jointly initiated the upgrade of the MAKE Award to the MIKE Award for the most innovative knowledge-based organizations, while launching the China MIKE Award selection.

▍What are the requirements for participation?
1. Legally registered enterprises or organizations in mainland China
2. Have certain practical experience and innovative achievements in knowledge management and innovation management
3. Able to provide application materials that meet the requirements based on MIKE standards (for specific application rules and processes, you can consult the advisor for detailed information)

▍Honor Trophy: Organizations that win the MIKE Award will receive an honor trophy, and their practical achievements in knowledge management and innovation management will receive authoritative endorsement.

▍Expert Guidance: Scholars from prestigious domestic universities such as Tsinghua, Peking University, and Harbin Institute of Technology, as well as executives from well-known companies, will provide constructive suggestions for participating organizations, helping enterprises enhance their core competitiveness.

Wang Zhen from State Grid Dadu River Company: Through this selection, we not only revisited the company's innovation culture construction process and achievements but also received many expert suggestions, which allowed us to think more deeply about the entire innovation work and provided good guidance for the subsequent innovation work.
Li Mingda from China Telecom Research Institute: Through participation, we systematically sorted out the effective practices and successful experiences of the China Telecom Research Institute in improving technological innovation efficiency and effectiveness through various innovations in theory, technology, and management over the past several years, especially the significant value of knowledge management for enterprises. Next, we will broaden our thinking and collaborate with multiple parties to continuously enrich and improve our innovation development strategy based on knowledge and talent.
Hu Gui from CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive: CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. is a knowledge-intensive R&D and manufacturing enterprise. After years of technological accumulation, it has amassed a wealth of knowledge. By applying for this MIKE Award, the company deeply analyzed the MIKE Award application guidelines and clarified the subsequent knowledge management goals and implementation paths through understanding the eight major standards: 1. Cultivating an organizational innovation culture to empower learning organizations; 2. Strengthening internal and external cooperation to break down knowledge silos and empower technology-based enterprises; 3. Creating customer and user expectations to empower service-oriented enterprises. Through the conduct and results release of this research activity, it aims to further promote and deepen the application of knowledge management in the country.
The MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) Award, known as the "Oscar" of knowledge management, has been introduced to China since 2011. Outstanding companies such as PICC, China Merchants Bank, Qingdao Beer, Huaxia Fund, Shanghai General Motors, New Oriental, and Jianfa Real Estate have received this honor.
