Editor-in-Chief of the academic journal “Archival Science Newsletter.” Recipient of numerous honors, including the “Ministry of Education New Century Outstanding Talent” award, the “Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award,” the “Beijing Municipal Teaching Master Award,” the “Beijing Municipal Model Individual in Teachers’ Ethics,” and the “2007 China Knowledge Management Figure” award. Pioneered the theoretical model and practical framework for archival knowledge management, starting with the explicit knowledge embedded in archives to promote the implementation of knowledge management within enterprises; has been engaged in teaching and research on knowledge management for 25 years, being among the earliest to offer a “Knowledge Management” course at the university level, and has mentored dozens of master’s and doctoral students in related fields.

He leads the LanBots.AI platform, which adopts an integrated architecture comprising a portal workspace, intelligent agents and low-code capabilities, a knowledge mid-platform, and a process mid-platform, thereby addressing the fragmentation of use cases, knowledge, and technology that enterprises face in their AI transformation journeys. Relevant products have been included in the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology’s “2024 Panorama of High-Quality Digital Transformation.” He has also successfully supported numerous large and medium-sized enterprises—including China Merchants Group, China Communications Construction Company, OPPO, Sinovision, and GAFAGARD—in implementing AI transformation initiatives.

He is well-versed in enterprise operations management, has conducted long-term research and practical application in knowledge management, and has made significant contributions to promoting the adoption and development of knowledge management in Chinese enterprises. He has led and participated in a series of initiatives related to the design, development, and market deployment of knowledge management systems.

A leading advocate and promoter of knowledge management in China and a key contributor to the development of China’s national standards for knowledge management, he has served as a principal expert in introducing the MAKE Awards—the “Oscars” of the international knowledge management community—to China and has successfully spearheaded the China MAKE initiative, which recognizes China’s most respected knowledge-based organizations. He has long been dedicated to research, consulting, and training in the fields of business management and information technology, with extensive practical experience in knowledge management, process management, enterprise mobile and internet applications, and IT planning and implementation.
