Q: What is the internal organization structure of NetEase games, how to establish a connection of knowledge services internally?

 

A: Netease games are typical project-based infrastructure. There are more than ten first-level departments, such as Dream Business Department, Dahua Business Department, Tianxia Business Department, and Singularity Business Department. Each department has multiple specific ones. The game project group, each game project group includes students in planning, development, art and other occupations, including students from quality assurance, user experience, project management and other functional departments.

 

It is worth mentioning that the PM (project manager) from the project management center will work with the students responsible for enterprise knowledge management to promote the project's knowledge management services.

 

We KM will do it at two points: First, each business unit has a special KM follow-up staff; second, break the barriers, we also have one or two knowledge management personnel in various directions such as planning, development, and art. follow up.
